Business conditions

These general business conditions for on-line reservations are based on ground rules which are to be applied to all relationships between the system operator at accominprague.com and a client searching for accommodation.

The system operator is Kubík a.s., with its registered office in Praha 1, U Prašné brány 1090/2, Zip Code: 111 21, The Czech Republic, Identification No.: 25928082, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 9502.

Reservations

Reservations on-line are carried out in the current time wherein a reservation is executed. Promptly after the selection of a hotel, a reservation is transferred to the hotel of your choice and a client is presented with an individual Confirmation Number of each reservation. The confirmation is displayed on the monitor screen and may be printed out as well as sent to an e-mail address which you provide. Along with the confirmation of a reservation, a client receives a voucher which is to be presented at the reception desk. As soon as possible, a client should check the information contained in the confirmation of a reservation. If a client should wish to adjust or change some data on the conformation, they may do so via the system at accominprague.com. At the time of a reservation, a client is obligated to provide their name, surname, e-mail and telephone number, further data is provided at one's discretion. A client must agree with these Business Conditions prior to completing a reservation. The conditions presented herein are valid when payments for a reservation are effected by credit card.

Prices and payments

The system automatically selects the lowest, current prices which correspond with the selected offer interval of the accominprague.com system. All prices are valid only for on-line reservations executed via the reservation system at accominprague.com and may not be claimed at the reception desk without a prior reservation executed via the system at accominprague.com. The exchange rates are fixed as they are being updated daily according to the current exchange rate of the ČNB (Czech National Bank). Taxes and other local taxes are included in the price.

Credit card or bank transfer payments

The reservation system at accominprague.com allows the payments for the accommodation to be made by credit card or via bank transfer. We prefer payments by credit card, whereas we accept the following credit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. When payments are made by credit card, a client does not need to contact our operator by telephone, and completes the whole reservation on our website accominprague.com. If a client intends to pay via bank transfer, they are obligated to contact our operator by e-mail at kotyza@kubík.cz, whereas the operator arranges the payments with the client. All bank transfer payments shall be further directed to the account provided by the operator. In bank transfer payments, the confirmation of a reservation and a voucher shall be sent to a client after the whole amount has been transferred to the provided account of the system operator. With services other than accommodation reservations, in particular with trips, it is not possible to pay for these services by credit card, but only via bank transfer. If a client should request an invoice, they are obliged to include their mailing address, city, Zip Code and country in the reservation.

The terms for cancellations or changes made to a reservation are established by individual providers of accommodation facilities and, therefore, are not uniform in all of the offered hotels. A client is entitled to request from the operator the information about particular cancellation terms of individual accommodation facilities, whereas by completing the reservation, a client expresses their agreement with the content of such terms. By completing the reservation, they also affirm that they were familiarized with such terms prior to completion of the reservation. When changes or cancellations occur, the system operator shall enforce towards a client such terms as are enforced by the accommodation facility and shall not claim other change or cancellation fees than those specified in the cancellation terms of the relevant accommodation facility.
